The Studio Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Studio to drive ongoing communication and operations efficiencies at Hyper Hippo Games and help us steer a new strategic project that will connect our beloved IP: AdVenture Capitalist and AdVenture Communist to more players around the globe. You will have a pulse on many aspects of operations, supporting our leaders to help manage schedules, compile reports and support studio growth, all while bringing fresh ideas to the table that help our Hippos feel inspired and supported to achieve their best.

Industry Project Management Experience – you’ll be working closely on project(s) with vendors and stakeholders outside of Hyper Hippo. As such, you’ll have navigated these waters before, bringing multi-faceted project management skills to our team, managing expectations, reporting progress and risks and ensuring that all parties are aligned and moving forward while keeping a close eye on milestones, budgets, etc.
Track Record Supporting & Evolving Operations – You can regale us with a few examples of communication improvements you’ve made that have helped teams improve productivity and collaboration. You can share learnings of processes or tasks that have weighted teams down and conversely, tools you’ve implemented that helped elevate them. This includes opportunities like knowledge sharing, product testing, and communication.
People Operations Best Practices – From supporting hiring initiatives to scheduling and team reporting, you have spent time helping teams organize, utilize resources and find their optimized flow. You may have been a PM or an Assistant Producer in a past life and are ready to take what you’ve learned and experienced to the next level.
