The Project Lead, Studio Operations will work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Studio to ensure our team has the resources they need to continue to create amazing games. You will have a pulse on many aspects of operations, supporting our leaders to help manage schedules, compile reports, support studio growth, all while bringing fresh ideas to the table that help our Hippos feel inspired and supported to achieve their best.

Production and Team Ops Experience – from supporting hiring initiatives to monitoring upcoming holiday and talent gaps, scheduling and team reporting, you have spent time helping keep teams organized, fully-staffed, and happy. You may have been a Project Coordinator or an Assistant Producer in a past life and are ready to explore these skills within a mobile game studio.
Experience with External Vendors – outside the Hyper Hippo family, you’ll be working closely on project(s) with vendors and stakeholders outside of Hyper Hippo. You’ll have navigated these waters before, managing expectations, reporting progress, and ensuring that all parties are aligned and moving toward a common goal while keeping a close eye on risks, milestones, budgets, etc.
Track Record Supporting & Evolving Operations – You’ve been there as teams grew and evolved and can regale us with a few examples of how you’ve improved processes, lessons learned, and examples of going ‘above and beyond’ for your team.
Multi-faceted Reporting & Administrative Skills – Reporting on operations stats, keeping meeting minutes, process improvements, updating templates and spreadsheets, you can handle whatever comes your way.
